Turnaround format is mandatory for all requests.
Aviation commerciale :
All airport slots requests shall be sent to COHOR by email: [email protected]
Slot requests are processed during COHOR office hours.
In case of non-office hours, week-end and public holidays, please visit e-Airportslots.aero
COHOR shall be notified of any change to initial slot.
When applicable, the coordinator must be informed of any joint operation/franchise/code sharing agreements prior to the beginning of such operations.
Aviation générale et d’affaires :
Operators has access to online coordiantion system can request at e-Airportslots.aero. Other operators should ask their handling agent to request slots.

Facilitation Parameters
For any rotation (arrival followed by departure) of a commercial or business aircraft, the facilitator allocates
scheduling recommendations based on the availability of parking stands for these aircraft, within
the following limits:
From 07:30 local time until 15 minutes before sunset:
– up to 10 parking stands for aircrafts;
– up to 2 parking stands for helicopters;
From 14 minutes before sunset until 07:29 local time:
– up to 12 parking stands for aircrafts;
– up to 2 parking stands for helicopters
it being understood that each aircraft uses 1 corresponding parking stand.
Furthermore, until 1 October 2026, the facilitator shall make 2 aircraft parking stands available, then 1
aircraft parking stand up to 5 days before the date of operation.
