Turnaround format is mandatory for all requests.

Aviation commerciale :

All airport slots requests shall be sent to COHOR by email: [email protected]
Slot requests are processed during COHOR office hours.
In case of non-office hours, week-end and public holidays, please visit e-Airportslots.aero
COHOR shall be notified of any change to initial slot.
When applicable, the coordinator must be informed of any joint operation/franchise/code sharing agreements prior to the beginning of such operations.

Aviation générale et d’affaires :
Operators has access to online coordiantion system can request at e-Airportslots.aero. Other operators should ask their handling agent to request slots.

Facilitation Parameters

To account for the availability of two additional parking spaces for aircraft parking overnight, the notified facilitation parameters are replaced by the following:

For any rotation (arrival then departure) of a commercial or business aircraft, the facilitator assigns
time recommendations based on the availability of parking spaces for these aircraft, within the following limits:

• From 7:30 a.m. local time to sunset -15 minutes: :
  up to 10 parking stands for aircraft;
  up to 2 parking stands for helicopters;
• From sunset -14 minutes to 7:29 a.m. local time:
  up to 12 parking stands for aircraft;
  up to 2 parking stands for helicopters

Each aircraft uses 1 corresponding parking stand.
