Parking constraints

For any turnaround (arrival then departure) of aircraft whose turnaround time is greater than 60 minutes, the coordinator allocates the slot based on the available parking stand that can be used and the type of aircraft. Before allocating the slot, the airport operator verifies the information provided by the coordinator.

Submission:
Regular: Please send your regular S24 flight programme to COHOR 🚨 by March 15. This is crucial for us to understand the regular traffic volume before handling event-related charters.
Charter: All event-related flights from July 22 to August 14, 2024, shall be sent to us using “O” as Service Type Code in TURNAROUND format.

Initial Allocation:
COHOR will send you the Initial Allocation by March 29.

GABA:
During the coordination period, all GABA flights shall possess a slot. The ground handling company must send slot request TURNAROUND format via EAS.

Diplomatic and State Flights
For diplomatic and state flights, an airport slot is required. The embassies must submit their requests to the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE). The MEAE will collect all the requests and submit them to COHOR.

Special Case:
Exempted flights, such as emergencies, evacuation or humanitarian flights, search and rescue operations, and air ambulances, must request an airport slot using “U” as the Service Type Code. The allocation of these slots will be automatic. However, informing the capacity providers about these flights will help them avoid any blockage at the airport.
