They will be allocated for S25 IATA season on an annual basis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Interested operators must submit their request by the initial submission deadline of October 10, 2024, in accordance with the IATA calendar of coordination activities.<\/p>\n<p>As per article 10.6 of European Council Regulation EU95\/93, the latest consolidated version of which is dated October 26, 2022, 50% of the pool will be reserved for new entrants and 50% for others.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The pool will be distributed at S25 Slot Allocation List (SAL) deadline at the earliest (November 07, 2024) and at S25 Historic Baseline Date (HBD) at the latest.<\/p>\n<p>A communication will be published on Cohor website.<\/p>\n<p>Possibility to anticipate operations in the W24 season for the beneficiaries will be analyzed as there are major capacity reductions on going during winter (4-Flight implementation and parking stand works).<\/p>\n<p>The allocation of the pool will come with a strict enforcement of the respect of allocated schedules. Article 14.4 of EU regulation will be strictly implemented (withdraw of historic rights and withdraw of series during the season).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Additional requirements :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Requests under the pool should be sent as an SCR message to <u><a href=\"mailto:slots@cohor.org\">slots@cohor.org<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; This SCR message shall be separated from other submission requests<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Use action code &#8220;B&#8221; or &#8220;V&#8221; for new entrant status<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Use action code \u201cN\u201d for other requests<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Indicate in the &#8220;SI&#8221; field if the request concerns year-round operations or only for the summer seasons and add the mention \u201cPOOL S25 REQUEST\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You can refer to the EU Council regulation N\u00b0 95\/93 following articles among others :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Article 2 Definition of the new entrant status<\/li>\n<li>Article 10.6 \u00a0Part distributed under the entrant status and priorities of allocation<\/li>\n<li>Article 10.7 Additional condition for the new entrant status<\/li>\n<li>Article 8a.3 Mobility on new entrant status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you need additional information, please contact Alain Fr\u00e9bault <u><a href=\"mailto:a.frebault@cohor.org\">a.frebault@cohor.org<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear operators, &nbsp; We inform you that about 8,000 slots are placed in the pool of Paris Orly airport (ORY).
