The objective of this survey is to identify areas of progress or development but also to collect suggestions for improvement or service enhancements.<\/p>\n<p>The 2020 airlines satisfaction survey was carried out by ACCORDANCE, which guarantees that all the replies remain anonymous and private. It means that we could not identify the authors of comments and therefore answer them for specific questions.<\/p>\n<p>COHOR thanks all the airline representatives for their contribution and for giving us an opportunity to improve the quality of our services, which is crucial to ensure the success of our quality management system.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, COHOR\u2019s customer surveys are conducted in the context of the ISO 9001-2015 Quality management certification standard that certifies the organization\u2019s quality management system and continuous improvement approach.<\/p>\n<p>The attached file show the results of the survey and if you have any question about them, we would be happy to answer you.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cohor.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Airlines-Satisfaction-Survey-Cohor-Web.pdf\">2020 Airlines satisfaction survey results<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We also remind you that you can, at any time, make suggestions, ask questions or file complaints using our dedicated e-mail address: <a href=\"mailto:qualite@cohor.org\">qualite@cohor.org<\/a>.[:fr]Dans le cadre de la certification qualit\u00e9 ISO 9001-2015, et dans une d\u00e9marche d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue de ses services et de son efficacit\u00e9, COHOR a conduit une enqu\u00eate de satisfaction aupr\u00e8s des compagnies a\u00e9riennes en Septembre 2020. L\u2019objectif de ces enqu\u00eates de satisfaction est de mesurer notre qualit\u00e9 de service pour identifier des axes de progr\u00e8s et d\u2019am\u00e9liorations, mais aussi recueillir des suggestions d\u2019am\u00e9liorations.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate compagnies de 2020 a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e par ACCORDANCE, qui garantit le caract\u00e8re anonyme et priv\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses.
